Thank you to everybody that voted for us in the Asda Green Token Scheme, we came third overall. The Community champion from the Chorley store came and presented us with our cheque today. The money will be put towards our playground improvements.
The PTA ran a plant stall at the annual Rivington Spring Fair raising £206 to put towards the new phonics reading scheme and playground fund. Thank you to Mrs King and Mrs Shepherd for running it on the day.
It was so lovely to have Breakfast With Santa back after such a long time, Thank you to Santa for taking time out of his busy schedule to visit us. Special thanks go to the PTA for transforming the Church Hall into Santa’s Grotto, it was unrecognisable. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
Thank you to everyone who helped out, donated and attended the Christmas Fair it was a fabulous day. The final amount raised is still to be calculated but it will go a long way in improving the playground.
