The PTA ran a plant stall at the annual Rivington Spring Fair raising £206 to put towards the new phonics reading scheme and playground fund. Thank you to Mrs King and Mrs Shepherd for running it on the day.

Well done to all our cross country runners who ran at Astley park in very muddy conditions. Congratulations to Charlie Dagnall who finished 2nd in the year 5/6 boys from over 130 entries and to Aimee Rose Hope who finished 5th in the year 5/6 girls.
Congratulations to our Yr 5/6 Netball team who have been competing in the Chorley Schools Sports partnership league over the past few weeks. We narrowly missed out on the finals but comments like “ones to watch” made it worth while. Played 12 Won 7 Drew 3 Lost 2

It was so lovely to have Breakfast With Santa back after such a long time, Thank you to Santa for taking time out of his busy schedule to visit us. Special thanks go to the PTA for transforming the Church Hall into Santa’s Grotto, it was unrecognisable. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
